Group Therapy Programs

Mind Body Child offers a variety of group therapy programs, both for motor skills and social cognition to build awareness and confidence.
Our Social Skills groups offer dyads (2-4 children and one therapist) to help kids practice skills that they have learned in their individual sessions, with a peer group. These programs run throughout the year, and they are based on interest and suitability for the children.
Our School Readiness groups are fun and engaging groups that target children who require a little time and practice on how to be a student while developing the essential skills that are needed to transition to the school environment with ease. These groups are provided during the summer and intended to be on a frequent basis.
Our Motor Skill labs are offered as a small group with 2-4 children. This program is designed as a fully integrated approach that is engaging and fast-paced for the child. This protocol is designed with intent to integrate the foundational skills needed for the relationship between visual/auditory/motor development and learning.
